Privacy Policy
How we handle your data — and your clients' data — in plain English.

1. Who we are
LuxAlfa is operated by Flipvo LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Melbourne, Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email flipvollc@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Provider account info — your email address and the business details you add (name, brand, packages, prices, availability).
- Booking data you enter about your clients — such as a client’s name, email, phone, and event details, when you or your client add them to a booking.
- Payment metadata via Stripe — amounts, currency, and payment status. Card numbers and bank details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch LuxAlfa’s systems.
- Usage and log data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the service running.
- Cookies — an essential session cookie that keeps you signed in after you use a magic-link. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Controller and processor roles
For your provider account information, LuxAlfa is the data controller — we decide how it’s used to run the service.
For the booking data you collect about your own clients through LuxAlfa, you are the controller and LuxAlfa is your processor. We process that data on your behalf to provide the service; you’re responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for responding to your clients’ privacy requests.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain your account and booking pages.
- To process deposits and payments through Stripe.
- To send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, and booking notifications) through Resend.
- To keep the service secure, debug problems, and prevent abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your clients’ personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
5. Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to operate LuxAlfa. Each processes personal data only as needed to provide its service:
- Stripe — Payment processing and Connect payouts.
- Resend — Transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, notifications).
- Amazon Web Services — Application hosting (United States).
- Sentry — Error monitoring and debugging.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies — primarily a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We don’t use advertising, analytics-tracking, or third-party marketing cookies, so there’s no consent banner to click through.
7. Data retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. We retain other data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account data by emailing us.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email flipvollc@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If your request concerns a client’s booking data, the relevant provider is the controller — we’ll help them respond.
9. Children
LuxAlfa is for business use by adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated to account holders where reasonable.
